How to Claim Your Listing

Enter your business name into the search bar.  If you business appears click on it. If your business does not appear or doesn't show up in the search results email redbook@cantonctlions.org to have your listing created. 

Fill out the form to create your business account. Then click Register. If you already have an account, you can simply click sign up. You can have multiple businesses listed under the same account. 

Click a Get Started button to select your plan. All businesses that serve the Canton community receive a free basic directory listing. If you would like more features, you can upgrade now or at any time in the future. 

For basic plans, simply click continue. If you choose to upgrade you can either pay online through PayPal or select Invoice Payment. If you select Invoice Payment, simply print out a copy of the invoice and submit it with payment our PO Box. 

You can come back to this step later, but you should make critical changes now. 

• Listing Title - Make sure your business name displays correctly.

• Categories - Verify the category. 

  • If it is incorrect, click the "x" to delete it, then click "Browse" to open a list of options. 

  • Categories with subcategories are indicated with an arrow ⌄

  • Select a new category by clicking the "+" 

• Add keywords so your business shows up when people search for it. 

• Scroll to the bottom of the page. 

• Save your changes. 

You will be brought to your dashboard when the process is complete. Your changes and claim will need to be approved. Until they are, your listing will show up as "pending" on your account. 

Once we verify your claim and/or receive payment for upgraded listings, your listing status will be changed to "active."
